I just got my lazy butt out of bed..about 6 hours early! We're all packed up and ready to roll. Mom sure packed a lot of stuff! We're gonna try to drive all the way to South Dakota to spend the night, then drive to Rapid City, SD and see Mt. Rushmore the next day..hopefully about 800 miles, that is unless the Oprah event in Chicago doesn't hold us up in traffic, it will be morning rush hour after all!
If anybody is following this blog, let us know and don't forget to raid the garden and snatch those tomatoes, melons, and herbs/lettuces. We'll miss you all and can't wait to see Brooke and Casey in Portland,OR...
